Everybody must commence with an initial consultation. this is so that the instructor may make a concise assessment of your requirements and programming needs, as well as allow you to start learning the pilates work with one on one guidance.

Making your initial consultation
  • contact the pilates international studio nearest you to book your initial session. all sessions are one hour long.
  • the studio will find a mutually appropriate time that will allow for a private session. you should have an idea of times that would suit you when you call - ie: mornings, after work etc
  • you will be required to leave a credit card number (or cash/cheque deposit) to hold your initial booking. this will be used only if you fail to show up for your booked session. otherwise, you will be free to pay for your session or package on the day of your initial consultation
  • all sessions require 24 hours notice of cancellation or full charge is incurred. this includes initial consultation bookings.
Packages
  • the initial session is priced at $95.00 if you pay singly.
  • another option that we recommend is an introductory package - which includes the initial consultation plus four more sessions. there are two types of introductory packages (see price list)
Coming to your initial consultation
  • you should aim to arrive five minutes prior to the appointment in order to complete some paperwork before commencing the session.
  • you should wear comfortable exercise clothing - not too baggy - that let you move freely.
  • bring with you a pair of socks to wear during the session (clean)
  • change rooms are available for your use
From there…
  • on the day of your initial consultation you will be able to arrange whether or not your continue with a permanent booking time or if you book as you go.
  • permanent booking - this refers to times that you maintain consistently every week. We will keep your appointment for you ongoingly and you will only need to tell us if you are unable to make it on any day (with 24 hours notice).
  • book as you go - is preferable for some people with changing schedules. some times can be hard to book in if it is popular or busy sessions.
