Pauline Allison Dip Dance, Diploma of Professional Pilates Practice
Pauline has an extensive background in dance
and musical theatre and holds a Diploma of
Dance from the Victorian College of the Arts.
As dance captain of 'Phantom of the Opera' for
several years she began Pilates as a
preventative and strengthening measure and
most certainly considers this a major
contribution to extending her performing
career. Touring with the Phantom company
extensively throughout Australasia also
allowed her to work with many well-known
pilates practitioners including Megan
Williams, Andrew Baxter and Sally Anderson.
Her decision to become an instructor was a
natural progression, gradually combining two
careers and undertaking her initial instructor
training with Vass & Shaw Pilates Studio.
Pauline went on to
complete an internationally recognised
certification through the Body Arts & Science
professional program which she has since
upgraded to the Diploma of Professional
Pilates Practice. Pauline has been teaching

been a senior instructor for Pilates
International for over ten years. Pauline is a Principal trainer for Pilates International and is a Principal instructor with the Pilates Alliance.

Brad Moffitt
Massage Therapist
Brad first gained an
interest in massage while he was working as a
dancer with the Singapore Dance Theatre in
2001-2002.
The company physiotherapist took Brad on as an
apprentice helping her with maintenance and injury
prevention programs for the other dancers. From
there his interest in massage grew and he decided
to take up a massage course. Upon completion of
Certificate 1V in massage Therapy Brad began
working as a massage therapist while upgrading his
qualification to a Diploma in Remedial Massage.
Brad has had a variety of experiences working with
different clientele and in different work
environments. These include the Novotel day Spa
in Wollongong and the Spa Chakra Day Spa in
Woolloomooloo Sydney these being attached to their
affiliated 5 star hotels. Following this Brad ran
his own massage clinic at Pilates International
Chippendale Sydney, before taking time out to
travel with a new ballet troupe in China for 12
months. This then led Brad to a opportunity to
work as a massage therapist at the Spa Chakra
Gstaad Switzerland for about 6 months before
returning to Australia, where he has once again set
up his massage clinic in the redfern
studio.
Brad's experience in the fieldof massage therapy
has had him working with athletes and dancers
including working with the dancers of Bangarra
Dance Theatre,
Queensland Ballet Company, and Hong Kong Ballet
Company, West Australian Ballet Co. Brad was
also fortunate enough to have worked with the
Australian Ballet Company 2005-09 under the
guidance of their physiotherapist. From these
varied work experiences I have gained valuable
insight into working with clientele requiring
remedial sports massage, as well as those
requiring both general remedial or relaxation
massage. Brad offers a range of massages to suit a
variety of needs:
Deep tissue, Sports, Remedial, Relaxation and
Myofacial Release.
Brad is available
