True pilates relies heavily on quality instruction and intelligent supervision. At Pilates International all staff are hand picked to be the best. There are never more than four clients to one instructor so that we maintain the highest possible degree of supervision and correction. Often the ratio is less, and we also offer duet and private sessions.
Pilates International offers you the opportunity to learn the Pilates method of body conditioning in its purest form, taught by renowned instructors in a beautiful purpose-built environment.
Apart from specialised Pilates equipment, you'll find the studios are positioned to ensure plenty of parking, easy access by public transport, and lots of local amenities.
